The Beauty of PA......

Last month, Brad (our Church Planter Pastor) and Rich took a group of people up to PA to work with our new Church Plant Pastor, Billy Morrison. He and his wife Michelle have 4 children and have just relocated to Harrisburg, PA. The team did prayer walks in the neighborhoods where the Morrison's live. They were able to to do some at two of their kids schools and the principals of the schools were so thankful. When the group wasn't working, praying the streets or having meetings then Brad took us on some sightseeing so we can begin to get a heart for the unsaved people in PA. During the times that Danielle and I couldn't go with the team (we had the twins), then we went and explored. But one of the highlights was visiting a friend who used to live here and has moved back to PA. She lives somewhat of an isolated life as there aren't stay at home moms that she has met yet in her little community. We went shopping, ate lunch at her home and went and saw some baby colts. It was great to see Heather along with her two little ones, Zyan and Anissa. Abigail was enthralled with the corn and how it grew so Heather took some time to explain it to her as they have corn growing on their farm. Needless to say, it was a wonderful week. Rich even bought me a wagon for gardening from one of the Amish businessmen he and Brad have met and become acquainted with.
